How to use autoclave

• Do not close the lid tightly!!
• Every time make sure the water level of the side tank before you run
• Every time make sure the bottom water level
• If you run the autoclave in the wrong way, it can be a huge accident

1. Put the sterilization seal onto the stuffs for autoclave (especially for tips / tubes / media etc.). Do not close the lid tightly!!
2. Put the stuffs into autoclave (use the cage).
3. Make sure the water level on the bottom. If the water covers the surface of bottom plate, it's fine. Otherwise add the water directly into the autoclave and make the plate covered with the water.
4. Make sure the water level of the side tank is in between the low and high. If it's under the low limit, add the sink water into the bottle. If it's over the high limit, discard the water to the sink.
5. Make sure the tubes connecting the machine and the side bottle are not bending.
6. Run sterilization with an appropriate mode.
7. Write your name and start time on the sheet beside the machine.
