試薬注文方法

• Reagents

  If you order some reagent, please update the Reagent order sheet. You can move to the latest item with ctrl + ↓ keys.

  Then tell it to the person in charge of order in “[Suikou] Reagent and Oligo DNA order thread (試薬・プライマー注文)” by Facebook messenger.

• Oligo DNA

  When you want to order oligo DNA (e.g. PCR primers), fill the sheet - oligo_ordering_template.xls. Add oligo DNA name at A column, also add its sequence at B column. You don't have to add column headings. You have to change file format to “.csv” or “.txt (tab delimited)” from “.xls”, and send it to this group talk. ※Please do not include any information other than primer name and sequence (e.g., a list of references or personal notes such as which regions to increase).

  ※If you have ordered a primer, please check your email and be in room 311 in the morning on the day you will receive it.

Total mass≧20ng,40ng recomended
Concentration ≥1ng/μL;
Volume≥15μL

ライブラリー作成済みの注文流れ：
１，作成済みのライブラリの実施について、ライブラリの事前評価は必要であるため、添付エクセル（Self Prepared Library Evaluation Form）のsheet 1よりライブラリ情報とインデックス情報はまとめてご記入してから、ご返送していただけますと幸いです。（添付Exceファイルには記入済みのファイルを参考までにつけています by 吉武）
２，下記の登録案内を参考して、サンプル情報を登録してください。
３，サンプルを送付する時に、MYBGIより登録したサンプルシートを印刷して、サンプルと同封して弊社に送付して頂ければと思います。
サンプルを送付する前に、下記の案内を参考して事前にサンプル情報を登録していただければ幸いです。
＊サンプルを入れるtubeは通常の1.5mLのエッペンチューブを利用してください。1.5mLのScrew cap tubeを受取れないため、ご注意していただければ幸いです。
＊ご登録頂いたサンプル名が必ずチューブに記載するサンプル名と一致するようお願いします。

Sample Informationのindex(barcode)の欄に適当に一つのindex情報入力すれば問題ないです。excel表にすでに記載しているので、実際に解析する時に添付のexcel表を参考して解析します。
注：最初の「Sample Submission」画面で、「Premade Library Sample」を選んでいただき、進めていただきますようお願いいたします。

①ドライアイスを入れて、クロネコ宅急便（冷凍、着払い）をご利用し、翌日到着で下記受入日の午前中着のご指定をお願いします。

③核酸サンプルを1.5mlのエッペンチューブにお入れ、Gapをパラフィルムできちんと閉めてください。
④サンプルチューブをfalconの50ml tube或いはboxに入れて、ご送付ください。
