-１，作成済みのライブラリの実施について、ライブラリの事前評価は必要であるため、添付エクセル（Self Prepared Library Evaluation Form）のsheet 1よりライブラリ情報とインデックス情報はまとめてご記入してから、ご返送していただけますと幸いです。（添付Exceファイルには記入済みのファイルを参考までにつけています by 吉武）
